Track Shopify sales through their verified Tally voucher lifecycle.
Paid orders
Preview or post eligible paid Shopify orders as Tally Sales Vouchers.
Refunds
Track authenticated Shopify refunds as Tally Credit Notes.
Open Tally Connect → Orders to see posting mode, linked Sales Vouchers, linked Credit Notes, items needing attention, and the order-sync readiness checks.
Readiness
The workspace checks the connector, selected company, master discovery, default location, product mappings, accounting ledgers, test voucher, and live-write mode. Use each Fix link to complete a missing prerequisite.
Preview mode
While live writes are off, eligible paid orders can be normalized and validated without changing TallyPrime. The action is labeled Preview.
Voucher identity
Tally Connect assigns a deterministic Remote ID to each Shopify resource. The Agent reads before import and reads back after import, so webhook retries, queue retries, Agent restarts, and lost responses converge on one voucher.
Search and status filters
Use the paid-order and refund tabs, text search, and these status groups:
- Synced
- Preview passed
- In progress
- Needs attention
- Not synced or cancelled
